Class Description

Fierce Motion Dance is a gentle, self-paced movement class focused on balance, autonomy, and embodied confidence. Each class offers simple, accessible movement guided with clarity and compassion.

Participants are invited to explore movement in ways that feel supportive, with full permission to rest, modify, or observe. There is no competition, no pressure, and no expectation to “do it right.”

Fierce Motion Dance is suitable for all ages and abilities. No prior movement or dance experience is necessary.
